I think it's little premature because Nick Van Exel might not be here. We doesn't have much of a choice anyway, I will go with Sura for now.
How comes Jon Berry can't make this list?? Besides the fact that he isn't a PG, but a 2?? I mean, the guy makes great passes (I'm still in love with him ever since that half cour-behind the back pass to McGrady for the dunk at Cleveland). He is a high energy guy, knocks down the trey at a good rate, and knows his role. Ok, your right, he needs to come off the bench. As does Mike James. I love James; instant offense in a can. I think he is very efficiant. But we need that spark to come off the bench sometimes. Luther isn't ready quite yet IMHO. Give him time I say. I'm willing to wait. and we don't have NVE on the roster, so I'm not speculating on him. I say my little borother (what, he looks like me, just an inch taller, and about 100 lbs or so ligherter.....and about 10 years younger) Bobby Sura is our guy. And I have no qualms with this. Good rebounder at that spot. Hits the open shot. Attacks the hoop. Solid defender (not great, no, but solid). On a side note, call me crazy, but I'd love to see Stro come off the bench (to begin with). Let JHo start for 5-7 minutes or so, have Stro come off, jumping over everyone while they are bent over sucking wind. I know I'm crazy, but, it's just me.
no way? why? assuming we get NVE, I wouldn't be surprised if he started at PG. Although he's known for shooting too much, he's more of a PG then Sura or James.
