Eh, I just don't think Nola is a good fit for him. Once he learns more humility and goes somewhere like Golden State, I think he can still be a good player.

I don't think the hype was good for him either. At times it looks like he's about to have a mental breakdown on the court.

Wow. Guess it's not too surprising seeing what Severe Rowdy has to say though.

Should've stayed at Duke for a season or 2 more. He's a good player but left college way too early

He can be a good player but some of the criticism layed at him was that his ego outweighed his ability as a player. Hero-ball is bad enough, but Hero-ball when you're incapable is horrendous. Hes only young though he should be okay

I always thought the Rowdies were a bit cheesy. Houston fans come alive when we have something to play for. When the stakes are high, and we need to win. Even all the casual business fans turn it up come playoff time.

Sure the Rowdies are kinda lame, but the atmosphere at Toyota Center is terrible squarely because of Les. Ever since the luxury box/corporate model became integrated into building a new arena, basketball has been neutered of its emotion. Undoubtedly, the Rowdies are not as good as they used to be, but the concept was also conceived when we were borderline contenders, not borderline playoff teams.

If you want to truly enjoy a basketball game, go watch a Warriors game before they move to their new arena- it will take you back to a time when average fans filled the lower bowl and actually understood the flow of a game. That sight will soon be extinct as it has been largely removed from basketball for the past 20 or so years.

Didn't their owner and GM give a pre-game speech before one of their games last year and they were mercilessly booed?

Do you really not know what a blog is? Were you raised in a barn?

They are moving to SF so... I guess that makes sense? New ownership, etc.

Not gonna lie -- Kobe missed every free throw where we chanted "NO MEANS NO" last game. Tony Parker

Look, the Rowdies are kinda cheesy, but we have to be. We're technically not supposed to chant anything that could be construed as offensive or edgy, and we're a really diverse group of fans, so it's hard to get everyone on board with jokes or chants that might be too "inside" or clever.

Personally, I'm thankful for the opportunity to attend so many games and meet so many cool people. I'd buy a few tickets each year, but there's no way I'd be a season ticket holder without it. They've moved us back in the past couple years, but at least we're still in the lower bowl. The San Antonio group got nosebleeds and were done away with this year, so at least the Rockets respect the fact that we were the first to do this type of thing and have been really supportive of us as a group.

Chrislord and Samer are seriously great dudes that only do things to make the Rockets as strong as possible in the community, and the Rowdies are a huge part of that. Sorry if we're not hip enough for you, but to each his own.

    Go Rockets!

Hahahahaha this is classic. Calling us out and then threatening us in a hypocritical way. I'd rather be a "pathetic blogger" rather than someone stuck in high school wanting to fight his way through everything.
