Steve Francis, mainly because he overrated himself at the beginning, not to mention the fans overrating him. If he had heart, then he needs to prove us wrong by at least making it into the rotation as a backup PG or something more if he could be. Therefore till now, I'm still glad we trade Francis away, since we wouldn't even be going anywhere now, not even a playoff game.

McGrady is also partially overrated, but only by T-mac fans. Otherwise, at times you can put him in the underrated section for passing, and maybe overrated for dunking and right hand layups. Still, I'm glad we at least got him for francis, at even though we're haven't been going too far before, we're at least making into playoff games. I don't blame him entirely for the playoff losts though, I blame roleplayers more.

The people voting for McGrady either do not watch basketball or are haters or just plain ****ing stupid.

What is our record without Tmac the last few years now?

    Kevin Willis.

(he's the reason we lost to the jazz in 97 for you newbies out there)

There are currently no overrated current Rockets IMO.

Aaron Brooks because a lot of people think he is a good player and can become a starter, when he has yet to prove he even belongs on an NBA roster.

Landry is also very overrated at this point, and that shows with his lack of a contract.

SF3 for playing poorly for 3 years, getting bought out, and people still thinking he is the missing piece.

I hope all these players can meet those incredibly high expectations, but I wouldn't give you 2 to 1 odds even.

Kevin Willis is a good answer.

For newbies I would nominate Juwan Howard. Someone everyone can relate to. He had always been overrated and he finally got busted against the Jazz in the playoffs. Once Juwan left, things have started to look good for Rockets once again.

I'd like to know why Yao sucks due to health reason and not Tmac? Both are notorious for health reasons?
