Who's the best Rocket PG post-Cassell/Kenny?

    all those dudes had longer tenures than Mike James, plus they started at one point.

    of course Francis.

    but now I think rafer is fitable enough for this Rockets team. :)

    rafer has been our best pure PG, by far.

    the others bring UN-point guard like skills such as rebounding or amazing scoring, but let's give credit where credit is due...

    since cassell, rafer is the best ball handler, best decision maker, and best facilitator of offense the rockets have had. and yes i realize his shot has not been falling for awhile.

    sura is close... but he is not a PG, just a guard playing out of position and he did an admirable job. his tenacity and hustle were unmeasurable on the court.

    rafer's shot has been suspect, but his assists have been steady and he finds his offense in the flow of games, unlike francis. he is a better shooter than sura. and he is not a score first guard like mobley.

    for this last 10+ years, rafer has been as pure PG-wise as it gets...
