Behad or anyone else. Who is pinetree? What is going on? I guess it is just a case of mistaken identity. As for being a lawyer. Forgot I put that on the profile. I graduated from law school many years ago, but never got licensed, had clients and went to court and all that. I do work in a legal related field. Don't normally tell people I'm a lawyer as I don't remember much about practical legal problems from law school and can't answer their questions. Still interested in legal issues, though,especially if they're more generic and political.
PinetreeFM60 was a flash in the pan back in June. He posted about 400 times in two weeks before calling out Clutch and Doc Rocket. That got him booted. Let's list the similarities. You and Piney both: are Democrats, are very liberal in your political views, are both outspoken in those views, are around 50 years of age, love to talk politics, even listing politics as a hobby, claimed to be lawyers, then say you are not lawyers. Those are a lot of "coincidences" for two people to have.
Well, the first three and the love to talk about politics part describe about a third of the people in the hangout forum .
Actually, Behad, Pinetree called himself a Libertarian, as did Jim, Bob, Beto, Say_Jack, Rodney, etc....(not saying they were the same, just that so many of those types have called themselves Libertarians).
If you are saying that Pinetree was BobRainey, that couldn't be. I was there for a spirited debate between joeyclams (a Rainey bi-uid) and Pinetree. Unless Rainey was debating himself, it was two different people. I thought Pine said he was Democrat, but all I found was that he lived in and defered to a democratic congressman. I only found one Libertarian reference, where he says he has a Libertarian view on drugs and the drug war. As for glynch, you can see why, with all the similarities, you may be mistaken for Pinetree.
How can you justify not putting rockHEAD on this list! I don't know if he is democrat or republican but he STALKS people! But he does put up cool pictures, and has a nice website with a slick name so I'll let it slide!

Thanks for clearing this affair up. Interesting question. How do I prove beyond a reasonable doubt that I'm not pinetree? I'm going to refuse to give DNA samples unless I get to keep the blue dress and all the underwear beneath it: even then, maybe not . I tend to agree with the ACLU. (Don't tell Falwell, Robertson, Pastor Ed young etc. though, they might have me arrested as one of the people responsible for the horror in NYC.) Maybe pinetree will cooperate if you can find him. Alternatively maybe Behad can undertake a major , extremely time consuming scientific analysis of our writing styles. I guess since I won't be booted off the board automatically you'll have to deal with my arguments. You might get some relief when it comes to coerced "voluntary" confessions, wiretapping and forced dna specimens etc. if Bush and Ashcroft get too carried away with curtailing civil liberties as they are already talking about.
