It certainly is not a lock the Lakers end with the best record, they are only 1 up in the L column. This isn't the MVP where they weight team performance more strongly than individual performance. Kobe, Wade & Paul, and their teams, have a lot of games left. Say if the Heat improve post their trade and Hornets fall back, with comparable trends from their cog individual leader, Paul could easily be the one left off. It isn't like any of the three are so far ahead or behind each other they are "locks".
