Well the way its looking right now looks like the ROX should make it even if they dont its just a question who would you rather face, i personaly picked the lakers to see K. Malone's face after he losses the chance to finaly get a ring!

Kings, 'cause I've seen us beat 'em enough times to know we have their number in a playoff series.

MacBeth... I think realistically we don't expect to win against any of the teams in the playoffs except Denver, who we won't get to play. Spurs, Mavs and Kings are automatically out, because we just can't win against them. The Grizz are outhustling us every time. That leaves two choices, Minny and LA. Minny we at best split the season yet somehow we seem to want to show up against LA.

I know it's 5 on 8. It's not that who we can win against but rather who we can have a shot of making it competitive. It's also not the process of picking the best choices as eliminating the worst ones. In this case I eliminated the worst ones (Spurs, Kings, Mavs) and deduced to LA from what's left.

I think itll be a diff story if Webber comes back healthy and ready to go. We never have any answer to the other teams PF but i guess that could be said about the lakers and malone too...

We match up better with the Lakers, each of the other teams has Athletic wing guy(s) that just kill us:

    KG - kills everyone
Manu - a sg, but he kills us (and Hedo, if you don't accept Manu)
    Peja - will kill us
    Dirk - kills everyone

I'll take my chances against the Lakers, with Rick Fox at the three. All other teams exploit our lack of an athletic tweener between the three and four (think Harrington here, as he'd be a God send for the Rox in the West). I'll put JJ on Fox and watch that all seven games.

It doesn't look good on paper against any of these teams, but as some have said, Yao is especially inspired and the rest of the Rockets step up against the Lakers. I hope we draw them in round one and bounce their four HOF a$$es to the curb.
