If Yao is done and the Rockets traded for Melo before that... Does CP3 choose Amare or Melo in 2 years time?

 

I would choose probably Melo, because its would be more upgrade to the rockets than if we got CP3, but if we are going to trade brooks or lowry then it would be better to have CP3.

 

My vote goes to this guy for sure:

 

C'mon you guys. CP3 is an elite player, and is top 4 in this league when he's healthy. Melo's probably top 20, simply because his D sucks and he doesn't have a 3 pt shot. Plus, you have no idea how Melo would fit in with Yao, while CP3 will get Yao the passes he needs.

 

Chris Paul is bang up so who knows how healthy he will be. I say with Carmelo this year we have a great shot to reach Finals. Other than the Lakers I wouldn't see any other West team that would challege us in a seven game series.

CP3 is a floor general and would make everyone on the floor better.

I dont think CP3 fits Rick's offense. Dominates the ball to much. Brooks is a better fit. Melo it is.
