It didn't change mine! I'm still voting 3rd party. Like I said, I think Romney won the debate hands down but I doubt it will move the needle in the states he needs to move in. Maybe I'm wrong though we'll see. One issue I have is the "Romney didn't offer specifics" line. Yes he did. When he got pushes on specifics on regulations he mentioned two parts of Dodd Frank he had a problem with. After talking about 1 he got told his time was up. When he got another opportunity to respond he mentioned another one. When his time was up Obama said "See, no specifics." (Paraphrase) lol wut? I think the "no specifics" line is a democratic narrative. I don't think many people who watched the debate objectively walked away thinking "Romney didn't offer specifics." When pushed on the tax issue about the 3% for the corporations at the top he got specific with numbers about where the jobs were. He was specific on the oil tax break. He didn't line item his tax plan, but he obviously doesn't have the time in a debate to do that.
Maybe Obama didn't try because he doesn't think he needs to in order to win. He is believing the hype the media is feeding him and will end up losing the race if he doesn't come back to reality.
Nobody. Substance wise, I didn't learn a thing, and learned both were shaky on some of the stuff they talked about. However, I was disappointed at Obama. He has been in the office for 4 years and should have a good idea for what he is doing. For me I was looking for a justification as to why he should stay for 4 more years after the previous misrable 4. As to Romney, he didn't perform all that better, but wasn't so bad that he shouldnt be given a try to change things up.
