As far as who will be there, I assume the best player on the board at that point will be Almond. He would be a valuable asset to us. We need a PG and PF now, not in the future, so it wouldn't surprise me if we packaged this pick to get one of those. If we got back a 2nd rounder in the deal, that would be great, especially if we could pick up a Taureen Green, Gabe Pruit, Marc Gasol, Sean Williams, Baby Davis, Jason Smith, Of course, if someone like Crittendon, Fernandez, McRoberts, Law, Stuckey, Splitter or Young dropped to us, that would be great ... but I have a feeling it'll be Almond. I see Sean Williams as high risk, potentially high reward, and wouldn't take him with our 1st, but if he was available in the 2nd, would grab him. He reminds me a lot of issues we faced with Griffin, Taylor, etc. Whatever drug issues he faced, even if it's pot, does affect one's ability to be their best night in and night out. If our first pick netted us Lewis, Wilcox, or Bibby, it would be worth it, but it would be nice to be developing future talent.
