    Concern mounts over government cyber agency's struggle to respond to hack fallout

    This reminds me more of the Wire when FBI started to retasked for Terrorism and dropped almost all effort and focus on bread and butter drug trafficing. Conflicting mandates, new department and a distracted focus on Election Security.

    The fact that government couldn't spot the hacks is crazy disturbing...
