Too much buzz going on for Rockets not to deal, if there's one thing morey knows how to do is keep hush hush about his next steal.

So all you trade crack heads will get yalls fix, just be patient.

Deals will be done but not until the 24th. Morey will get something done this team deserves a shot at the playoffs.

Bima I understand you are one of the most valuable assets on this board and love reading your articles. The trades the Rockets have made in the past the season is done and over with. As of now with Lebron the season is not over with so you can not say what will happen. One game is not the finals. We are still losers.

No, I don't think any teams want to deal with Morey, and I also don't think any players want to come to here. Given the Rockets reputation of treating players...why would anyone want to come here.

If recent Rockets history has taught us anything, it's that Morey likes to make trades on the very eve of the trade deadline.

About 3 years ago, the day before the deadline, we traded bonzi wells and mike james for bobby jackson.

About 2 years ago, the day before the deadline, we traded rafer alston and received brian cook (haha) and kyle lowry.

Last year, the day before the deadline, we traded carl landry and tmac, and got in return kevin martin, jordan hill, and 2 picks from NY.

    Catch the drift?

Everyone saying GMs don't want to deal with Morey in fear of getting had by him is wrong. Teams make trades to better themselves now, in the long run, or both. Do you think the Pau Gasol trade is stopping Denver from dealing with the Lakers? At the trade deadline teams make different moves for different reasons. Be assured Morey is looking to make a move that will make the Rockets a threat to San Antonio in the first round.

Got to make a trade. AB may have forced the issue, but too many roll players
vying for playing time on non-playoff team doesn't do the Rockets any good.
    Just hope they get value.

He didnt even bother to mention the deal that brought Steve Francis to Houston ..... at the tiome that was a pretty big deal.

I feel like a broken record as Ive stated this no less than half a dozen times.

The Rockets are in no position to stand pat as many of their assets will expire at seasons end. They are in a use it or lose it situation.

Making no move , allowing Yao's deal to expire along with Battier , Jeffries , Hayes and Brooks makes absolutely no sense.

Not clearing the glut of players they have in Brooks , Martin , Lee , Battier and Twill who play the SG spot while not solving the issue of a true center isnt an option if they want to make the playoffs or make progress next season.
Brooks tantrum just made the decision of who to deal much easier for them.

If history has taught us anything it's that Morey will do SOMETHING at the deadline. Now the real question is whether or not that something will be significant enough to ensure us a playoff appearance this season.

First of all I am not a troll so get your facts straight. I have started a post that gets good replies and keeps on trucking. Just because I dont have time to set on the net all day like you may does not mean I am a troll with a low post count. If I was a troll, my replies would be one word or trying to post spam.

    Thanks for your time.

    Really?
Drexler, Chuck, Francis, McGrady, Artest, KMart

Those are probably the biggest as far as names over the past 20 years and certainly garnished different levels of success but all were considered blockbuster type trades. It seens to me that Houston has been fairly consistent over the years making the big trade.

man, if we were still in the hunt for the playoffs..id be smashing windows and ripping encyclopedias right now.........-_-''

but it just goes to show our team is a F2(uking r****ded ensemble of scrubs (apart from martin and scola)...

no rebounding, no hustle, no free-spirited will, no energy, and a whole bunch of chucked up 3's with no ***@9ng athleticism or style.

here is what we gotta do!!

battier to okc or chicago for a first round pick (charlotte's or la clippers')

brooks + hill + budinger + 2011 lottery pick for Rubio

buy a pick in the draft around the 20's.

trade hayes for a future 1st..his value is at an all-time high and we are not gonna get any better deals for him

trade yao + jefferies for a bunch of 2012 expiring veterans - andres nocioni, antawn jamison, kirk hinrich

    lowry/hinrich

    martin/lee

    williams/nocioni

    scola/patterson

    miller

that team will win about 25 games in the west

    let the tanking begin!!

That's simply not true. Name examples of when they've done players "wrong".
