Who should we bring in to be Ime’s offensive coordinator?

I’ve watched Ime coach this team for 3 seasons now, and his rotations and overall game plan still feel too rigid. The players he has are talented enough to build an offense with a clear identity, something we can actually call our number one plan. I’m not sure what his commitment is on the offensive end. What exactly is our main approach? I expect an elite offensive coordinator to help him expand his vision and think more creatively. To me, our #1 offense seems more like a result of a “let them cook” system than any direct influence from Ime. I don’t like how he constantly complains about the players and says they didn’t put in enough effort on the court, when that’s actually his responsibility too.
