Predictable responses coming from a guy who finds immense pleasure in attacking others in the D&D forum and another guy who enjoys the same but tries to cover it up with some sort of a "Keep D&D civil campaign." BJ, I'm honestly surprised you haven't voted for Manny right away since you know some of my political stances. Not that I've voiced them too often but judging from most of you posts in the D&D I wouldn't be surprised if you kept a journal with all pertinent info simply to use as ammo at an appropriate time. And I mean thats cool, thats what you like to do on the internet. Good for you, I don't have the internet stomach to handle the tremendous internet horse**** constantly thrown around in that forum. If you reread some of Manny's posts that he sprinkles with words like "vato", "essay", and "loco" -- you soon will have a different perspective of his intentions.
I get him and Swoly D mixed up. They also do that thing where they will use the color of the Mexican flag in their posts, like this: I Heart Mexico.
I don't really care what happens in this poll one way or the other but I feel that whatever happens will be more amusing if it ends a tie - so everybody vote for Manny unless he pulls ahead in which case vote the other way
Thats the only way I voted. Since I don't know either of them I just picked the underdog. On a side note, we should do this every week. Like survivor and kick someone else off the BBS until only the admins are left.

I think Manny is on the opposite side of a lot of issues from batman as well. He also doesn't post that much in D&D. In the end the whole thing was silly. Manny seems like someone who loves music, and enjoys talking about it, and always hopes to engage others in a disccusion on it. He also seems like a high strung guy with various issues in his life that he is seriously trying to get straight and work on. It seems like they confuse him. People make fun of him about his music interest which seems silly. There's nothing wrong with that. He went way overboard with his attacks and became hyper-defensive. Could people make fun of him for that? Sure, but why do it? None of this seems worth it. It is mildly amusing as a spectator, but I eventually get reminded how silly it is, and I feel bad for you and Manny. Many seems like the uptight guy who everyone picks on until he blows it. It just doesn't seem like a worthwhile endeavor or a real challenge. It is especially doesn't seem worth it, since you have a concience and feel bad later.
anyway. I emailed Manny this morning and offered the olive branch and he accepted. Our potatoes and pa-tahtoes have been hashed out. I think this little spectacle is over.
