    Both never got past the second round playoffs in their career in the weak East
    Wall has Beal and Simmons has Embiid
    Both can’t shoot beyond 15 feet
    Wall career 3pt 32.4%, 2018-19 season 30%

    Simmons miss one whole season due to broken leg
    Wall miss 735 days due to Achilles injury

    question
    In order to play in the conference finals, who should be the 2nd banana and who should be the third piece?

    I read that the best offer for Harden will be Simmons.
    Who should be team leader this season or next season, not going forward

    Why do people keep mentioning Simmons like it’s a foregone conclusion that we are gonna deal for him? He’s a good young player but relative to other options there are better players for the centerpiece of a harden deal. Boston and Denver can both offer better players. I’m still hoping a dark horse team like Memphis gets involved so we can also consider guys like Morant.

    anyway I think all of this focus on Simmons is misplaced. Philly really doesn’t have what we need. With Wall here for 2 more years I’m not sure why we’d be looking at a guy like Simmons anyway. Having the worst shooting backcourt in the league would not excite me.

    sounds like we already had Simmons but we still have harden. So it is irrelevant
