    Lebron is a supreme facilitator but not the greatest closer ever or among the Top 10 finishers of all time.
    So I think being one of the best facilitators of all time makes him great.
    I don't really care if he is the Face of the NBA as you think or not. He is the best player therefore he represents the best of the NBA.

    Malone does not even play the same position. Lebron does not need a Stockton. He needs finishers and shooters.
    Different ballpark there.

    Judging from the "H"-Town campaign, it's gonna be both.

    If only we can get Jordan Hill back. Then the face of the franchise will be a three-headed monster! :grin:

    It's Howard's team. The better player 'owns' the team. Pierce might have been a Celtic veteran but it was Rondo's team

    Plenty of good guards out there, but Howard is irreplacable these days when good centers are rare

    Howard is the face of the franchise because all the headlines will be about him.

    on the court Harden will steal the show and be the talk of the post game.
