    He is a color analyst, Bill is more a play by play guy.

    I suspect they look to whomever is doing it for UH, or a local sports guy, maybe an up and comer.

    I could do it, if they would hold auditions.

    Play-by-play guys are usually not former players/coaches/etc. They're media guys.
