HAHAHA- how have I never seen this video? That was like the worst introduction ever, and then one of the funniest speeches ever by an athlete.

I remember when I was watching that game I was so happy that Sura tackled Howard. Haven't seen that type of attitude in years. Hello Ron Artest!

Weird, we have rookies that have 6,000 posts and a guy who took six years to write his first post. Nice post though, good enough to occupy space in a real newspaper column.

Hey, give the man some credit. He may have stood in the batter's box for a while, but when he finally cranked it up, he swung for the fences!

I guess I'm thinking of my German Shepherd...he's sleepy-eyed, calm, and graceful until you upset him. (ala 04-05 playoffs w/ T-Mac)

Great first post, and I agree. I think the Battier as a Golden Retriever and Artest as a Pit Bull is a great comparison. The worry with Pit Bulls is whether they can handle others around, or when they'll go crazy on you, but they are the best defense that you can get short of a shotgun.

Great first post. I'm excited to see what happens if anyone tries to mess with yao or tracy when if artest or dorsey are in the game.

I think the difference between scolandry, hayes, battier, and guys like artest and sura, is that the former group hustles like crazy, but they aren't enforcers. They won't deliver that hard foul in the back to put the game on even terms.
