Rafael Stone put in WORK Wood Nwaba Tate Brown looking GOOD We have so much heart and fight, everyone HUSTLING I love how our young guys are all defenders Is this the best bench we've ever had? Harden going to sign that extension TONIGHT The seventh infinity stone
For all we know many of these were players we were targeting already before Morey left. Let's see what Stone does from now on before we crown him.
Wood was already a target before Moreknee left so I cant give credit to Stone for that. What I will give him credit for was how Wood was acquired. I think that was all Stone and supposedly hes always been a big deal maker.
Morey was getting tired of Tilman and he wanted a fresh start. Being president, he lets others do the GM job. He already had Witus and Stone negotiate for him. So Morey's job was actually overseeing things and picking up the phone. He probably has someone to do the latter for him in Philly.
Haha. My oh my these threads are trash. Much easier to build a team of hustlers instead of a team contending for a championship. Lets see how much this enthusiasm sticks around when Harden is out the door and we're back to not making the playoffs year after year after year.
You forget the heart that Morey brought to these team? Lowry. Battier. Tucker. Just LOL seriously. The more I think about this thread the more I laugh. Once again. Building for a team with no goals versus building for a team to win a championship. hahahah. Do you understand any fundamentals of basketball?
Yeah because all of these players magically appeared on Stone's radar and they haven't been followed and analyzed for months or years.
Morey's problem is he didn't know how to put together a complete team. He always wanted to stock pile at one position. Stone got it from the jump and built a more balanced roster than Morey in one offseason
