If the question is who'd you best like to have, that's a waste of time. We'd be lucky to get any of them. Who tactically we should target could have been an interesting question.
What kind of question is this? Wade, although he probably has 2-3 top 5 player type years left in him, is getting older. Bosh is a tremendous talent, but no one on this planet (well, maybe Kobe) is even near the individual talent LBJ is. So yeah, Lebron without the slightest doubt. No way in hell it happens though.

Every day I thank god that people like you aren't the GM of the Rockets. Not saying I would make a good one, but come on.... What did Wade do this year? LOL...thats right.
We got Tracy McGrady after he got 2 scoring titles. He was regarded Kobe's equal or even better at the age 25. Lebron is 25 and is more accomplished than Tracy was at that age and would be a no-brainer for best Rocket pickup of all time (except for Hakeem of course). Wade is a little older but an NBA champion. He is my favorite of the post-Jordan wings. Bosh is good but not the sexy player Wade or Lebron is or even Tracy used to be.
Jefferson: more realistic, more available, less disruption in the sense of what the Rockets may have to give up to get him. He can play center or power forward. He is big, tough, and a good scorer. He had an off year, but he is young with a big up side.
Al Jefferson is a MONSTER when healthy. He is going to rip it up next season especially because he's had a full season under his belt and because he wants to get better... As far as post moves go, Jefferson is the most complete offensive big man in the league.
re-reading this, I want to change my answer. The thread title and poll question are very different. For the thread title: Bosh For the poll question: LeBron. If we had our choice of any of them and could only pick one, I'd take LeBron. Who should we target? Bosh! Among the big three, we have the best chance of getting CB4, and provide lots of good reasons he should come here. Plus, we have the assets for a S&T which the Raptors are willing to pursue. Chasing LeBron is a waste of time and a lot of teams are going to be left with nothing chasing him. If we go after Bosh initially, and roll out the red carpet, we increase our chances.
