For my house, Ambit has been cheap for me, but you have to do direct withdrawal...still cheaper than reliant. For my business, I've had Reliant, then StarTex, then Ambit. Once again, Ambit has been cheapest. Service is all the same because these are just store fronts, like buying the same brand product from Walmart, Target, Kmart or a smaller store. The product always comes from Center Point.
