I was just wondering who you guys think the worst Rocket of all time is or was?

For me this answer is easy. I say, hands down, without a doubt that Thomas "two sandwiches" Hamilton is not only the worst Rocket ever but he is also the worst player I have ever seen play a minute in the NBA. I've been watching NBA basketball for quite a while, and they don't get any worse than Thomas Hamilton.

Sorry 2 sandwiches, but look on the bright side. At least you can say that you have played in the NBA.

Thomas Hamilton could've been real special in this league. He just didn't have the work ethic to stay in good shape.

Even though he was a bust, I always thought he had good skill and potential.

    Derric Chevious and Dave Jamerson?

When did these guys play? Must have been before my time or they could have been that bad that I don't even remember.

Sane, with respect, I cannot believe that you think Thomas Hamilton had any skill. You couldnt even slide a piece of paper under him at the peak of his vertical jump.

    Oh man how interesting.

Actually, people knock Chevious, but he had a decent rookie season and I believe he averaged around 10 PPG. It was downhill after that however.

Jamerson was indeed a huge bust for a first rounder.

    Then again there is.....

    Richard Anderson (my personal fav)
    Byron Dinkins
    Dave Feitl
    Thomas Hamilton
    Tim McCormick
    Andre Turner

    Pippen, no doubt.

Fumbling it in the last seconds of a crucial playoff game (vs. the Lakers) is one thing - can happen to anyone.

But then going and blasting the teammates for the loss is utterly classless. I watched that game myself and I could not believe it when I read the quotes.

Lee Johnson -- ot of SF Austin, I think. A #1 Rocket pick who barely lasted a couple of seasons.

Another frustrating one was Steve Harris.

Erik Meek - he never played for us, but was drafted and went to Europe. I always hated that guy!

    John "freakin" Turner!

At least I saw Terry Teagle through a punch at Jamerson! Hell, I never, ever saw Turnover's fat a__ on the floor!

Alright, this is the worst player ever, and made worse by the fact that he is still on the Rocket's payroll. Matt Maloney, who will contine receiving checks from our hometown heroes until 2004...
