Lowry! Er wait... Scola!!!.... No nvn. uhm, Kmart... Der... Carlos Delfino! I wonder if Sactown would take some of our extra baggage for the Chuckwagon and a pick .
dakeem1: You forgot Asik, Parsons, and TJones in the main list. They all have the potential to be leader in this young team! We will know by the end of the season.
Seems like Parsons is at the moment. First to welcome all comers, hosting the open practice, tucking JLin in before bedtime, etc.
He definitely seems to be a great teammate but push comes to shove, who will they turn to when they need to win. Not every team has a go-to guy but we'll see who emerges and who everyone turns to as the season rolls on.
If the poll question was "Who is the next player to be traded?".. Patrick Patterson would've gotten the most votes.
Houston Rockets history question? Yao was here before. Was he the best scorer in the team then? Was he the who made the most money then? Was he the fans' favorite? Was he the team's leader then?
Warm up for all star voting. Get used to it  If u see the posts, not much say about Lin. All posters with basketball sense (as they say) goes with talent, experience, etc. nothing wrong with it, problem is, the player-who-can-not be named, brings in not only loud mouth LOFs, but silent also followers.
Lin will be the leader on the court because he's the PG. That's the PG's job. Off the court or in the locker room? No idea... Harden wasn't exactly the guy setting the tone in OKC. However, I wouldn't be surprised if he was in the mix. Given that everyone is so young, I think it's quite possible that team leadership will be somewhat collaborative between Lin, Harden and even Parsons. After all, they're the "vets" ...
Who cares? The fact that this is even being debated is indicative of the talent level that the rockets have. There doesn't need to be one leader multiple guys can step up. That is a good problem to have.
Who was the Raptors' leader last year? Who was the Bucks' leader last year, Jennings? Who was the Wizards' leader? Not all teams have leaders. Just athletes paid to play basketball.
