Just wanted to pipe in and agree with TheFreak. All the people I've met on the board, including him, RM95, Kagy, Major, Clutch, fromobile, and mr_oily are good people. Heck, even Crispee seemed like a cool guy in person.
I've only met one person from the boards...that i know of....the rest don't want to meet me. I don't shower much.
I thought dylan was a sicko with a couple questionable posts but Now I think he is one of the coolest people on the board. Manny I will like you when you finally recognize Al Davis as God.
Well, it's nice of you to say so, but as I recall, that was the thread where I posted a picture of an overweight welfare mom laying on a couch watching a big screen TV. I thought it was absurd a welfare mom would spend money on a big screen TV when she couldn't make ends meet without government assistance. Once someone bothered to read the Washington Post article from which the picture was linked, it was pointed out that the picture was taken at her parents home. Oops. I'll make it to one of these Austin Rocketball things, eventually.

The only poster I ever got annoyed with was Timing cause he sounds like a UT athletics hater. I never did find out what his alma mater was. But that's okay, I like Timing...as long as he's not an Aggie.
Without a doubt its Mango for me. I hated his butt with his policing stuff. I then started to realize what a mess this BBS can become without some sort of policing. I hated DOD in the very beginning as well, but now Mango and that other dimwit are probably two of my favorites.

I won't bother to look for the thread but he was only defending Cuttino Mobley and well, arguments happen. BTW, I met Heypartner last year and he's a swell guy! If there is anything intimidating about him its that he's a very smart guy and very educated...a complete opposite of me!
This doesn't follow the letter of the original posts, but I do like ZRB and his stance on a lot of issues. BUT HIS BASKETBALL TAKES STILL SUCK! Other than that, I like his views on the environment, hunting, and the like. Have we met yet? Not till March 2! I recall a certain rebuttal to a joke entitled "How to be a good Repblican" as an example of you "dedicated to winning at all costs". It was a joke, Brian. BTW, try making the gathering on March 2.

LOL! I remember a night where I got very upset with one "Tolpatsch Verkinder"...imagine my surprise when I found out that it was Pued. I learned a valuable lesson that night...even if you think you know a subject really well whether it's music or politics or baseball or whatever, if you let your emotions get the best of you while you are posting, then everyone suffers, IMO. BTW - I just want to say thanks to all the guys in the sim leagues...I have learned a lot and have found them to be addictive. Now, if I could just get my baseball team over the hump (been going on 7 or 8 seasons now), then things would be perfect in my sim world. Oh and moe, don't hold your breath about me proclaiming your demi-God to be a God....I think I would rather be subjected to an endless stream of "New Order" sucks posts than do that!
How could I dislike anyone here from what I read in print? You really can only garner a rudimentary understanding of a person by never having met them, but reading what they write. I like and enjoy all of you (ZRB is the only one on my ignore list), and your posts, even though I may not agree with everyone all the time. Besides, what fun would it be to come to a place where everyone agreed and harmony rained free? THE ONLY THING we should all agree on is LOVE for the Houston Rockets.
