I don't think of "benchwarmers" as those that did contribute from time to time, like Charles Jones, Scott Brooks, etc. "Bechwarmers", imo, are those that never got meaningful minutes unless the game was a blowout.

    Richard Petruska
    Chuck Nevitt
    Richard Anderson
Andre Turner (owner of the world's worst ear infection of all-time)
    Tim Breaux
    Steve Harris
    Zan Tabak
    Tracy Murray
    Larry Michaeux
    Craig Ehlo
    Eric Riley
    John Turner
    Granville Waiters
    Kennard Winchester

but a true benchwarmer has a personality that makes him a fan favorite in some way...Either a dance (Nate Robinson w/ Knicks).....A overreaction after a dunk (Jerome Williams w/Pistons) ...a great sense of humor (Damon Jones w/Heat)....and a dont ***** wit me stare (Zan Tabak)

Remember when we dragged out the corpses of Charles Oakley and Rod Strickland?

i know they werent bench warmers but this thread brings back memories..
Cant believe our guards used to be Sedale Threatt, Randy Livingston, Emmanual Davis, Eldridge Recasner and of course Matt Maloney who still might be getting a check from us ;)

Gonna go with Rudy White, 1975. As I recall he was the Rockets' first-every early entry selection. He seldom got off the bench.
