I think the most disrespectful dunk of all time award goes to Vince Carter when he literally hopped over that 7 foot guy in the Olympics.

Was watching the highlight reels of hakeem at NBA.com, and it struck me that no one mention anything about Horry.

Although Robert Horry is the greatest player of all time, he is not the best dunker.

Shawn Kemp and it's not even close for me. He actually DUNKED the basketball...

But seriously, he destroyed everything in his path when he went up for a dunk.

Shawn Kemp and nobody is close in my opinion.

    Raw Power
Jumps higher than anybody among the PF's mentioned here.
Reverse Slam (No one is even close on how many attempts Kemp did) Literally 1/4 of his dunks were reverse slam and 2 hander reverse slams.

I just can't see anybody since his time to be that Powerful,Athletic,Raw w/ height, length, confidence. He was my all-time favorite behind Hakeem

Darryl Dawkins. He broke tore up two rims in two different games.

It's Kemp. His post dunk alone merit number 1 status.

I wish pay homage to Kemp after he posterizes Dirk.

I don't count Kemp as the best since he was very disrespectful and he wanted to try and dunk as hard as he could to show off and do his little dance, hollering, finger pointing and all that afterwards. Same goes for many other dunkers but Kemp should've been punched for some of those KG type antics. Maybe even more so, with him there is no flair, no elegance, no style involved. It's all power and there's more to a dunk than that.

What?!?! Shawn Kemp had style. He was very flashy. And he was very athletic in his dunks. As for the showboating, don't get dunked on if you don't wanna get "stunted" on!

    Kemp.

Special mention for Antonio McDyess in his early Denver and Phoenix years.
