What's funny to me is that while we all rip on Scola for being ugly - every time I watch a Rockets game with ladies THEY LOVE SCOLA! I've heard at least three very attractive women say they want to marry him.
He might not be goodlooking, but for some reason, girls like him. Remember last season when one of the reporters was asking a 13 year old girl what she wanted for her birthday, and her (and her friends) all giggled and said they wanted to touch Yao.
Not for the lolz. BUT all I read in articles and around here is that he seems to be popular with the other gender. And he was on the news for having affairs with two women, Nia Long and the Aussie center I believe.

Except they don't talk about him like he's a freak. They don't go on and on like "oohhhh, man, look at how tall he is." They just say "who's that tall asian guy, I like him." Then they just cheer for him.
i read somewhere that us guys have very little f****** clue as to what an attractive guy is to women. course, it varies all over the place and there's gold digging too...so huh...but based on my entirely scientific method of guess and check, I think the theory holds true in general.
Well if that's true, there tends to be a strong correlation between height and length, if you catch my drift.
