    Francis compares to me.

Except that he can jump higher, is a lot quicker, has way better handles (I have better love handles) and is a much better shooter.

Except for those small differnces, we are a lot alike...

Oh, and he makes more money too.

Fat Lever... wow... there's a blast from the past. He used to torch the Rockets, too. He was probably among the 1 or 2 best rebounding guards to ever play the modern game. I like that comparison, but I think Steve can be even more explosive offensively.

A rich man's Isiah Thomas. I won't compare him to Iverson because I think Steve will surpass him. Which is saying a lot because I think Iverson is a great young player. If they could meet in the Finals a few times they could have a rivalry to compare with Magic and Bird or Russell and Chamberlain. With Steve winning more championships of course.

I know I've said Isaiah before, and I was catching espn classic with Zeke running the team in 89 I think?, in the playoffs against Portland with Drexler. If you saw this, you would say that's Francis...absolutely!, Zeke had become a premiere passer. Francis is a slighter passer, but definitely has much madder hops! I think the best comparison overall.

If you looked at stats, he could be compared to the Big O, Oscar Robertson.

Lately, he has been putting up 20 points, 8 boards, 9 assists a night.

But in terms of skill, I dont think there is really anyone you can compare him to.

When he is finished, people will be looking for "The Next" Steve Francis.

as for the comparison...The Big O...not that Stevie will ever put up triple double averages, but just the versatility that both players share.
