Hmmmm, I wonder who you are? "Fact" is an interesting word around these parts. Are you claiming "insider" status? What is your prediction on the starting lineup?

It's going to be interesting to see how that backcourt rotation pans out. Rafer, Mike, Steve, and Luther all think that deserve minutes, but it's impossible to give it to all of them. Unless, of course, we move McGrady to SF, which will then squeeze Battier, Bonzi, Chuck, or Scola out of the regular rotation, and force us to play really small.

I think Luther and Steve, if they play at all, will see almost all of their minutes at SG. Mike is going to play PG, and *might* pair with Rafer in the backcourt at times. Rafer, if he's here, is the only pure PG. Brooks, I expect is out of the equation for now. This is my best guess for a rotation, right now. Backup SG and backup C are the big question marks.

    PG: Rafer (26), James (22)
    SG: McGrady (28), Head/Francis? (20)
    SF: Battier (24), Bonzi (16), McGrady (8)
    PF: Scola (20), Hayes (20), Battier (8)
    C: Yao (35), Scola (8), Hayes/Mutombo? (5)

If we trade Rafer, that will free up extra minutes for Francis. The Rockets need to decide if that's actually best for the team.

I can tell you what the starting lineup is now. When I say this I mean what the starting lineup is planned to start the season unless something drastic occurs (injury, extremely poor play, off court issues, ect..)

    PG- Rafer
    SG- TMac
    SF- Battier
PF- I'm going to leave this blank for now because I want to be honest. Scola was the starter up until two hours before the game and then it changed. I'll need more time on this one
    C-Yao

Like I said, barring anything crazy or unforseen I'd bet anyone on any of these positions except PF. I think that's up for grabs but it was slated to be Scola.

Oh, on a side note, I don't want that label. Whether I am or am not I'm not really confortable with how the board in general treats people who have that label. They want sources, details,ect.. and a real insider can't provide that all of the time. Subsequently, people resort to name calling, childish insults, ect.... I'd rather just post bro. So, when I can contribute to a debate or conversation, I'll be happy to. I promise I won't lie to you so when i say it's a fact then I am telling you a fact at that given time.
