This means no more SG minutes for Francis. That's an interesting thought right there. Maybe the Rocks thought Francis should/can spend all his time at the point now? We're set for contending. Next year, Glen Rice will be a hot commodity because of his contract and resurgent year. I guess we can start wondering what to do about our starting SF position? It should be noted that I think Posey is great, but he would be much much better coming off the bench. He brings energy, defense, and rebounding. He can really change the pace of the game. From our 3-spot, we need good 3-pt shooting. Anyone in mind? I'd love to have Mike Miller, bu there's nothing the Magic want from us. Unless they remember MoT torching them for 34 2 years ago, lol. But then again, we can never trade Rice and MoT together because, combined, they make around 17M. How about a not-ever 100%, but still completely healthy, Grant Hill? He'll be healed, but he won't be what he was. Orlando get out of 10M of his contract (Rice) while getting scoring from Rice and MoT can be a very nice piece to go along with T-Mac. That is, if MoT proves healthy.
James Posey is a legitimate NBA player. He is infinitely better than T. Morris who is below average in every category.
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/basketball/news/2002/12/19/burning_questions/ Terence Morris is just sad. He can shoot the ball though consistently. He is doing all right.
T Morris is not a consistent shooter. In fact, any coach who scouts the Rockets would double another player just to make him shoot everytime. Morris is a better defender than Glen Rice but that's like saying liver tastes better than dirt - big deal. James Posey is a better rebounder, better defender and more athletic player than T Morris will ever be.
Yep. That is what I mean. He can shoot when he is wide open. Well, any player is able to shoot. But he is probably the only Rocket who isn't guarded at all. He is just sad around the basket. I don't know why we put him in. Boki must be sad now.
