It is true. I was NewYorker and am living a 2nd life here on Clutch fans. I don't avoid D&D, i just don't have much to say and never really did to be honest. I played devil's advocate a lot and probably was more sinister just to mess around when the Rockets were losing or not much was happening. I kept taking it too another level, but I don't think I was entirely to blame, you guys played along as well. I got some people's goat, but admitingly, my goat was gotten on more than one occasion. It went too far, I said something I shouldn't have and I got banned - thank goodness. But thankfully, I'm lucky enough to still be able to talk Rockets and be a part of Rockets nation, and that's really what i'm interested in. My views....well, I can only say that I think Obama has the potential to be the greatest leader we've had in a generation, and i think China needs to shape up about Tibet because as the world's emerging superpower we need her to be a strong, morally conscious nation, not a defensive insecure one. But rest assured, NewYorker is dead. But guys, if you really don't want to fan my ego, why have this thread about me? I'm just a Rockets fan who drifted into D&D when I was bored and wasted a lot of my time procrastinating from other things with cheap amusement until it turned ugly. That's not something I'm particularly proud of. But I don't care to hide who I was anyway because you won't get that persona back. Like I said, NewYorker is dead except in threads like this.
I figured you would out me after your comments post-sacramento game on the chat board. So this is no surprise.
So you are NewYorker - good for you. Glad you revealed yourself as I was having some sleepless nights fretting about this. Hopefully, this will be the last thread to talk about how great or bad "NewYorker" was.
I didn't know it was a secret....and if you look at the dates, I talked about it long before our little mini tiff. I figured you and Clutch had worked it out... No worries, I am glad you are back and agree with you about Obama. DD
It wasn't a secret I just figured it was better not to broadcast that fact and let sleeping dogs lie ya know. But no worries, it's not a big deal. Let's just hope the Rockets can pull it off against the Jazz.
lol - true. I had no problem with Nyorker in the D&D. After his goofy "i'm indian - not really - yes I am - you're all racists!" weirdness he was more amusing than anything else.
Remember Rappin' Duke Never thought hip-hop would take it this far Now I'm in the limelight 'cause I rhyme tight
Because he tried to make a tasteless joke about that guy's friend drowning in the pool a few days ago. I have a feeling Fatty isn't coming back after that one. He finally went too far.
