    only for game tickets..

they just spent $7 M a year for a medeocre talented PF, based solely on the fact he was drafted high

if Darko was drafted 18th, he would be a $2 M a year role player

    Elite =

    San Antonio
    Phoenix
    Dallas
    Houston

    2nd tier =

    Denver
    Utah
    Golden State

I'd say between the Clippers, Hornets, Grizzlies, Blazers, Lakers etc. the Lakers have to be the top team.

So I am guessing it would be:

    Spurs
    Suns
    Mavs
    Rockets
    Nuggets
    Jazz
    Warriors
    Lakers

There are now 4 "elite" teams in the west and a 4th team that is legit as one of the top 4 teams in the NBA and as a title contender in Houston.

Actually I think the Rockets are now officially better than Dallas.

Probably the 3 real serious title contenders are the Spurs, Suns, Rockets.

Denver will have an injury causing them to miss the playoffs

This is all dependent on injuries, Golden State is really exposed if Bdiddy goes down. The Fakers are done if Kobe goes done. With the trades we have protected ourselves some what from falling out of the playoff picture.

BTW, I would love Mark Blount hitting 15 footers for us. Cant rebound to save his life, however, we would avg at least 14 points on free jumpers due to everyone else around him.

The Rockets aren't better than Dallas. Will you please wait until you see your new team play sbefore declaring them better than a 67 win team?

Have all of you already forgot about the seedings?

Which winner of the conference is guarantee a spot from 1-4, and then the next highest record team.

why some of you had mavs, spurs, rockets in the 1-4 spots? that's can't happen. man, ppl really lack BB knowledge these days.
