According to Chinese media, Huang doesn't have a strong connection with Yao also has no authority in roster decision. His role is like an investor and a middleman more than a boss. And most importantly his target is the sports market in China which is considered as undeveloped but with huge potential. IMHO he's not likely to do much roster things in Cleveland and Houston.
