steve francis, I being a Christian take exception to your "holier than thou" attitude. Have you ever lied? Lying is a sin. Do you continue to lie? Even though you have done it before and you know it is a sin? How then, is that different than homosexuality? Sin is sin. You have pointed out that "homosexuality" is a sin, and you seem to feel the need to tell people who are gay that they are sinning. Well, I say if you are a true Christian, in order not to be hypocritical, you should now go to everyone you know who has sinned (and that is eveyone) and tell them their sins, and that they should stop sinning, and that there "are ministries to help". Hey steve, I didn't choose to be gay, it's just who I am. I know all about the ministries you mentioned and I've thought about joining them in my weaker moments. But I know I would just be hiding who I am if I tried to be straight. Life is too short to live a lie and I'm a horrible actor anyway. DREAMer, thank you for that post. It gives me hope that more Christians will share your viewpoint.

steve francis, This is my last attempt to speak to you like you are an intelligent adult human being. If you choose to ignore me again, and instead continue on your cliche-ridden path, then I'll have to ignore you and come to the conclusion (as will others) that you have no ability to discuss any topic with any sort of meaning or depth. Why don't you be the good Christian and lead by example by changing yourself first? Man is imperfect. We cannot be perfect. The only thing a person needs to get into Heaven is a relationship with Jesus and a belief that he died for our sins. Sin or no sin, Jesus has already paid the price for all sin. The only way a person will not get into Heaven is to forsake Jesus as our Saviour. Hell is not then a punishment from God. It is the consequence of choosing not to dwell with God. God is life, and Hell is merely the absence of God. Hell is a place where God has chosen to withdraw himself from, so those who choose not to be with him will have a place to go. If you feel the need to "minister" to anyone, outlaw included, you should be speaking about a relationship with Jesus. You have no right to tell someone to stop doing something. God gave us all the right to do what we choose. You do not have the power to preempt God, believe me. But, singling out someone because of an action that you have "judged" to be a sin, is going against a prominent ideal in the Bible that God is the only judge. He alone has the right to judge mankind. Also, the second Commandment goes something like this: Notice the bold text.
