I too will be visiting the site during the summer.

Being in New York, its hard to keep up and post intelligent (or should I say insightful) comments, but you can be sure I read daily!

I am with Moonbus. Although I do not post that often I do visit and read CC.net about twice a day (year round)!

Whew -- not me, I'm outta here.... let me know if the page gets updated ... [IMG]

It'll be a little more quiet at times -- you'll notice there won't be too much to say at times, though the traffic remains very high (fans are still lurking/viewing posts. We'll have a "little" time to burn before things get interesting... but we're working hard and going to have some cool stuff for the Draft and this offseason ....

I couldn't imagine not coming to the BBS on a daily basis. The only time I don't is if I'm out of town or something.

Can't wait for the CC.NET Tourney.... not that I'm an All-Star, but I sure want to know who in here can play or not. [IMG]

    I'll keep posting.

    maybe not as much though.

Let the line-up threads begin! Let the rumors fly! Man, I really need a source. Maybe if I sniff enuff Poppy seeds ...

Maybe I'll just stick to my magic 8-ball.

the word maybe is cool. OR Maybe I need a thesaurus.

I'll be here. I work as an operator in one of Houston's largest smog producers....errrrr ....oil refineries, and 95% of my time is spent in front of my computer, surfing the net and reading cc.net. One of my favorite parts of cc.net is the consolidation of newspaper and internet articles concerning the Rockets. I no longer have to chase my Rockets down. Keep up the good work Clutch!

I'm not going anywhere. Save Our Rockets should be plenty active over the next several months, so information won't be slowing down as much as it usually does during the off-season, just changing subjects.

If I wind up in the Houston area this summer, I plan on trying to take an active role in whatever volunteer activities SOR needs.

Actually, July will be the dead period as far as NBA activity goes. If the Rockets want to use the trade exception money, late August is the expiration date on some of it. So early August will be rumor city on the BBS.

If the Rookie Revue happens in Utah this summer, can somebody there file a report?

Hey, I thought last summer here at .net was great. In particular I loved the trade speculations by fellow posters. Then there was the Pippen debacle, of course and the split opinions on trading him -- almost never a dull moment!

Summer, smummer...this is the place to be.

I'm not sure if I'll be here or not. I have to store my computer at school (curse me for not selecting a notebook), and my computer illiterate family refuses to get online [IMG].

To be honest, the summer is one of the best times on this site, because we all prognosticate about potential trade combinations and play fantasy general manager.

As soon as someone like Popeye gets some inside info, we all brainstorm the possibilities. I have to check out the site every day, just to see if someone has heard something or has another good idea.

Theres no way I'd miss the summer on ClutchCity.net

As long as the Jazz keep losing and choking in the playoffs, I will be a proud Clutch Cityer (Even if I don't post as much, I'm here EVERY DAY).

I loved it here last summer , I do remember there were times when things got downright boring specially a month or so before the start of training camp , all we could talk about is how Francis might be used and so on so on..

I do have a few great memories though, one I remember Popeye coming out w/the rumor about Francis ( I think ? )and how just about everyone got on his case for supposedly starting something that sounded to good to be true! then everyone apologizing.
How about the kid that was walking in the mall and overheard the now "infamous" conversation some tall guy was having on a cell phone. That was funny too cause what he said pretty much came out too.....
We had the Pippen scenario to deal with wish was rather emotional for us mainly because how we all felt betrayed and the fact that he showed his true colors... a sour puzz ! .
We had the Anderson speculation pretty much all summer long and how he was going to and was not going to sign with us.

Last summer was pretty interesting , I don't know that it can be duplicated because of all the stuff that happened but sometimes this organization will pull miracles out of its arse .

Offseason is going to be too interesting to just disconnect and wait for next season to begin.

Now is the time for the Armchair Quarterbacks to reign!!!!!!

    Let the games begin.

I'm probably going to be around I've just recently starting looking at this site, and I'll probably check in once in a while to get the latest offseason rumors and such.
Although I doubt I'll post too much
