You don't "guard" LeBron James, you can only hope to contain him. :D

Seriously though, Shane will for most of the game, then Tracy will switch over when Shane's out probably. Tracy usually plays well against Cleveland though and even if LeBron DOES drop 30+ or whatever it should be somewhat nullified.

Until it counts, LBJ doens't guard T-Mac, and T-Mac won't guard LBJ. Foul trouble.

LeBron James is one superstar that T-Mac consistently outplays, I wouldn't worry too much about the matchup if I were Houston.

actually i really like to see how well would hayes guard Lebron James. They are always saying that hayes could switch from big post players to fast point guards.

Hence if hayes is really as fast as that, it be interesting to see hayes guarding Lebron James. It may even be a potential position change for hayes to be the ultimate defender.

The thing is u want to make great passers scorers and vice versa. Lebron has a govenor to which he'll go off, then start thinking about his teammates. I'll give him his pts, keep him out of the lane as great as u can. similar to houston, they have a lot of standstill non creative guys. I hope yao gives us a good all around game.

As good as Lebron is playing these days, the guy the rockets should REALLY worry about is the big Z.

The refs might play help defense in guarding LBJ, but wait, it's the King, not Yao.

So I was just looking at stats to see how long until Landry has enough minutes played to qualify for PER. I found this interesting, ridiculous and scary.

Has good as Landry has been this year in limited action LeBron's PER is nearly 4 points higher. That means in almost 40 minutes a game LeBron does more per minute than Landry has (you know the guy shooting 60+ percent, and averaging a point every 25 seconds he's on the court).

JVG also said that they should allow more than 6 fouls to ensure that star players do not foul out before the end of each game

Jordan also shot that 32.5ppg at just under 54% accuracy

    Lebron is currently shooting 48%

Here's the shocker: Kobe doesn't have a single season shooting 47% or better.

Battier should guard him cuz he is our best defensive player. He usually does justice against great players. I am confident that he will do a great job on Bron.

kobe's a 45% career shooter. tmac's a 44% career shooter. but from the way this board can go, it makes it seem like tmac is a 30% shooter
