I posted this on another thread:

Morey has Harden. Harden is as good if not better than James. So what is Morey's excuse?

Many poster disagreed that Harden is better than Lebron James.

We are not talking about 5 years from now or their entire career. Let us just consider this year.

Who is the real King James?

If members judge by success, then LeBron

That means James Harden was better last year. LeBron missed the playoffs in 18/19.

LeBron is objectively better than Harden right now. That isn't really debatable.

    harden vs lillard

    harden vs cp3

    harden vs similar players

No one these guys can get over the hump. Throw out the stats. Open your eyes.

If you replaced LeBron James with James Harden, would the Lakers win the championship? Probably.

LeBron James career wise is certainly better.

It isn't a popular opinion, I will just say this......... consider that LBJ has Anthony Davis next to him and Harden has Westbrook.

LBJ deserves all the attention he gets when he wins the title this year, but he isn't quite what he was 4-5 years ago.

One player gets double-teamed at half-court.... the other doesn't.

If we're talking about better individual player then Harden, but LeBron has a more consistent and versatile game imo, also performs better in the playoffs. And this is a 36 y.o. Bron.

LeBron but there’s no shame in that. LBJ is one of the few players that has a legitimate case to be the GOAT.

One tries to carry his team, the other just gives up. This question shouldn't be asked.

Lebron is way more versatile in his playing style. He's also much more physically dominant from speed, quickness, length, strength than Harden.

Harden has to finess a lot of things to make up for his lack of athleticism and size

OH come off it with this garbage, he didnt show up for 1 game(and even then it was better than what other superstars have put up in their bad" games", i have no idea why game4 is more important than games 1-3. Freaking ridiculous man.

I mean...sure, all the games are important. But you don't understand why Game 4, AKA the difference between evening up the series 2-2 and falling to a likely insurmountable 3-1, is of more importance than previous games?

I'm sorry...but can't help you there, my friend!

At this point in their careers it's Harden. Wish we could stack teams like Lebron.

Does not matter if Harden is statistically better in the regular season, he can average 42 ppg if he wants.

Lebron can recruit better so he will have better teams than Harden. Even at 36 yrs of age.

Honestly there's no huge insurmountable chasm between a 35 year old LeBron and a 31 year old Harden. If we were doing this comparison, what, 4-5 years ago then yea there's a definitive answer.

The bigger question is: Who's supporting cast is better? At the end of the day, we haven't seen a singular talent carry a team to a championship in over 25 years and even then Hakeem still needed timely contributions from his teammates.

There shouldn't be a scenario where a championship team have to depend on a Jeff Green to contribute significant minutes. There shouldn't be a scenario where a championship team fell apart because a Danuel House needed to get serviced in the Bubble.

I can show you 2 game's Kawhi also had in the Nuggets series that were worse than Harden's.
