Who impressed me the most? Daryl Morey ... cause it looks like 3/3 for this year's draft, and 2/3 for last year, and 1/1 for picking up an undrafted PG that could actually make a roster.

And hopefully we'll stop hearing that Morey can only draft in the second round, not first.

I knew Lamb could ball, but i'm most impressed by TJ. Did not think he would do this well

Terrence Jones=Josh Smith. They have almost the same exact game. Lamb, Motie, and White are all very high motor players, who play the right way. Every announcer said at least one time, "the Rockets are going to be a fun team to watch."

    Lamb.

The frontcourt players were up against "stiff" opposition.

Lamb,D Mo,White,Jones, and Machado & Zozo had spurts of quality play. Which helps with trade bait and switch. Which I would not be surprised to find out about Morey in operation.

So my final props go to the team (Morey) that drafted and coached ( McHale) them. They are playing like a team at a shocking rate considering. I want to watch em grow.

Lamb, given that he has less professional experience than D-Mo.

Loved all our picks from this year. Fortson should be cut. Morris looks like the only bust in the last two drafts.

But the most surprising player was TJones. Dude can ball and I wasn't expecting that.

While no one impressed me more than our 21 yr old 7 footer, Royce white is as advertised. He is anthony mason. I have never seen a big with his handles and passing ability. If he works on his longer range shooting, he'll be a fantastic 3, that can move over to the 4 when needed.

Good post. I voted Jones because I expected nothing out of him. Pleasantly surprised that he wasn't just another Marcus Morris. They all looked good though by the 3rd game. Machado and White needed time to get a feel and play more under control, but when they did it was worth the wait and they came as advertised. D-Mo had more game than I expected as well and Lamb can be something special if he wants it bad enough. The first thing he needs to do is improve his strength and the sky is the limit.

Lamb showed the highest scoring potential and consistency, T-Jones was second in consistency, but first in multiple categories (scoring, rebounding, and defense). D-Mo showed the offensive skillset and motor that some say should have made him a Top 10 draft pick. Now lets see if they can do this against the real NBA.

Gotta give the nod to Jones. He's a Thaddeus Young type tweener, but showed a lot of ball handling skills on top of his consistent aggressiveness. Looked as good as he did the beginning of his freshmen year. He can contribute immediately and has high pedigree.

Donuts is a close second. He's going to be instant offense for us, even against NBA defenders. I liked that he worked around the hoop and didn't take a million threes like he did on Prokom. He beat everyone out in transition and showed good defensive effort. He desperately needs to work on his strength, though. He ended up on the floor at least half a dozen times. It's one thing to bounce off of Marc Gasol, it's another to bounce off of Quincy Acy. Bulk up, big guy.

I want to say Lamb, but he would be to obvious. I'll go with terrence Jones because no one saw his play coming. Plus, i think Machado has earned himself a spot behind Lin.

Was gonna say Dmo but I really expected his polish around the rim and ability to run the floor. LAMB has really surprised me and I will go out on a limb and say he maybe the best pure 2 in the draft.

    1. Lamb
    2. Beal ......not impressed with his shooting
    3. Ross....... This kid does it all
