he is. but he blocks shots. that's all you want next to Monroe.
Next to Griffin, you'd probably want a bit more, as Griffin's a horrendously lazy defender at times.
Not a problem with Monroe, just defend the rim, Monroe will be back in time, defend the P&R, defend his man as well as any PF, the Pistons don't need much next to him.

Monroe is underrated just like any great player on non-playoff team, who's not flashy enough to be on sports center all the time. Love was the same.
I can't think of 5 PFs I'd rather have on my team. Just right now, for this year, not even considering upside/long term. Love, KG, Pau, Dirk... that's about it. And that's assuming all of them are 100%. maybe Aldridge.

Love, Pau, Dirk, and KG... you also forgot...

Chris Bosh...LaMarcus Aldridge (should give him his due, because he has been slighted alot)... a healthy Zach Randolph, a healthy Amare, and Blake Griffin.

Bobcats is the obvious choice. But I'm gonna go out of the limb and say that the Clippers always have a bleak future as long as Sterling is the owner.

They look pretty good right now. But they will screw things up. Guaranteed.

It's all from the top. Bad owners always screw up. I am hoping that the transition to the Jim Buss will soon make the Lakers into a laughing stock like what Dolan has been doing to the Knicks.

    that's right, i forgot Bosh. he's a maybe.
others i didn't forget. Aldridge is a maybe, as I said. Like Bosh, he's more versatile as a scorer. defense is similar, Monroe can pass at a different level, and Monroe rebounds better.
not sure i'd take a healthy Amar'e, but he's never going to be healthy, so it's irrelevant.
ZBo and Blake no. Monroe as good offensively, better defensively.

Yeah i haft to go with orlando, if they don't get an allstar player back for him they will have a very sad rebuilding stage.

Why would Stern give the Bucks the number 1 pick?
