tmac by far hes on a serious decline 16ppg wow for a "superstar". thats sad, i wish the best for him though hes my favorite player and the reason im on clutchfans right now ive followed him since the raptors i knew hed be great but im starting to think if he will ever be a 20 5 5 guy again
I agree with u ! it's just a start ,at least we have a not bad record, let's hope the later games, and wait for yao's coming back!
he's still recovering. he has his up days and down days (he said it himself today). i think if this is going to be the case, he just needs to sit out a month or so until he is at least 90%. i mean, even the lakers announcers said tmac was obviously LIMPING. how the hell do you expect to consistently compete at the highest level among the best players LIMPING? just sit down and get healthy. this team doesn't need you that much in the reg. season. the playoffs are everything. again, if he knows by playing, his knee can get better, then i'm fine. but if it's not, just rest and get better. health is key. we'll see if he's still limping in tonight's game. i don't think you lose your ability all of a sudden and score 5 pts in 2 games. he was brilliant v. boston and portland offensively. he just has to answer this himself and with the doctors.
I agree with most of your posts except this. Roy hit the game winner on McGrady, Mcgrady was guarding him and allowed him to run to the top of the key unopposed. The 2nd to last shot when Roy hit a jumper to give them a 2pt lead, McGrady tripped Artest by mistake, and Artest instead of contesting the shot was on the floor when Roy made that shot. Artest cleanly ripped the ball from Roy to send the game to overtime
I don't even know where to begin on this. Well i guess ill start with Yao. Yao has been man handled by pretty much every center so far, and being denied by the rim in consecutive games is embarrassing. Alston has proved that he is a journeyman player and not the starting point guard of the 22 win streak team. T-mac well, i'm never surprised with his inconsistency. And Ron Artest, he'll do better so i'm not too worried about him. I gotta wait to see how Battier will complement Artest. Also the return of Battier should help the t-mac/artest confusion on who to guard on defense.
I voted Brent Barry. I guess it's a stupid vote because he is a bench player with limited minutes... BUT, damn, he's been horrible....at least relative to my personal expectations.
lol @ the list. Why is Luther on it? And someone said Yao was playing on a Shawn Bradley type level. Come on now, lets not go that far. My disappointment is Brent Barry. I wasn't that excited when we got him but a lot of people acted like he would make a huge difference so I sort of bought into it. He has brought us nothing on the court. Rafer has been disappointing but he goes through those stretches. T-mac and Yao have been disappointing but it is early in the season. I sort of expected this out of Artest. His offense is rugged and he doesn't get a lot of easy baskets. Artest play should be better once we get Battier back.
Voted Yao, since my expectations for Tracy aren't as high as most others. I'm pretty disturbed to see Yao look so sluggish, especially since I know effort isn't a question with him. If it's not effort..... Evan
"You're not helping the Rockets, Yao. You're hurtin 'em! And you shouldn't be getting denied by the rim, MAN!" -Jim Rome impersonation
My disappointment goes to the people who voted LUTHER HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell are they thinking
