I'm happy as long as Beasley and Rose go to Eastern Conference teams.

Although, I will say if the Knicks somehow get lucky and "win" the lottery this year I think it's painfully obvious the lottery is rigged somehow. I know, I know...a Rockets fan crying lottery conspiracy about another team, I just think the Knicks becoming successful again is probably one of Stern's biggest tasks. The team itself and the market are simply too much of an asset to have them winning 20-30 games every year.

I am glad this thread came up. I have a unique answer. I hope Golden State wins. A team that won nearly 50 games and knocked off the 1st seed just one year ago. The lotto system needs change and this slap in the face would be the only way to get the wheels in motion.

The Hawks deserve a pick, they genuinely have needs. So do the Sixers. And a few other east playoff teams. There is no reason the Warriors who have such a good roster should be awarded a lotto pick. The balance will take forever to rectify itself at this pace. Give out picks based on overall record, do not take into account conference records.

Warriors have a shot at Beasley but the 76ers don't? Thats just crazy.

I want Seatle to get it...

I live in OKC and it might make the Rockets games here a little more exciting.

I don't care who it is, so long as it's in the East.

I really want GSW to get it, simply because I think it would be hilarious for a 49 win team to get the #1 pick. Also, I think that team will lose a few pieces this off season since half the team are now FA's.

After that. I want Charlotte to win it. I've always sort of rooted for them and want them to finally do well. Though I really don't like MJ as a front office guy.
