As the owner I want to keep my staff but I also want to keep my star player. If any member of my staff cant adapt to incorporate my star player into their system them they must be replaced. Like wise if any of my star players cant adapt to the success of the team they must be replaced. Tracy McGrady must be given his chance to adapt to the system!! If Coach 'A' wont use him because of personal reasons then he is working against the success of my team and he will be replaced.
Tmac had 2 years, he whined about it the entire time, they made their choice, it is Rick Adelman, now Morey needs to build his kind of team. Let's hope Yao comes back strong....for next year. DD
RA seems to have some sort of personal problem with T-Mac, and he needs to swallow his pride. I wanna see T-Mac come back and have a chance to show everyone what he can do with this new team. If it doesn't work out, fine, trade him, but at least give him a f'in chance.

I feel the rockets organization is cheating fans. They don't play tmac so that they can save money. But, as fans, we pay to see rockets game (go to arena or by league pass), and we want to see entire team; especially star players. Yao cannot play this season. We have accepted this fact. But, why don't let us to watch tmac play?! This is just like that I paid for $100, but only got $50 product back.
I think that this is a beautiful post and I respect everyone involved. Tracy for what he did for the franchise when he was healthy enough to, Adelman for being a world-class coach, and Morey for constructing one of my Rockets teams yet. I also understand that it's a business and unfortunately things sometimes come to an ugly end, much like Dream's tenure here. Winning cures everything and what I really hope for, is that Mac comes back strong and takes a large pay cut next year to stay with the team and contributes in a lesser role. The man is still possibly at least a very good player. Like DD often states, the situation can be mended, I hope that whoever's in the wrong, be that Mac or whoever just swallows their pride and that things can continue forward with Mac returning next year at a significantly discounted rate, and with Adelman continuing at the helm with one of the best GMs in the business. I simply love the team and want this to end well. I can't vote either way for something like this.
While I would clearly answer Grady leaving in any scenario it takes, I am becoming discouraged at the ways Morey uses injuries in his dealings. IE the Landry deal and now Grady. Either you want him or you don't just say it already.
Anyone that picks Adelman and Morey, just admit it you're TOF's that don't give a darn about this organization.
I really hope this isn't a serious topic... There would be absolutely no reason at all to get rid of Morey and Adelman for the sake of Tracy McGrady.
Ohh... Can we PLEASE keep Mac over the brass? Please. It would be ever so good for the organization. Maybe we could bring in someone that would finally help us get Gay.
