Who do you want it to be? Chris Nolan already has said that he wont have The Penguin.... Riddler would be an easy choice, but how about Bane? The Mad Hatter would make a great side villain

yes, and worse i had a theater applaud for wall-e earlier last weekend. both were fantastic films, but um, applauding for the alamo drafthouse waiters? i'm sure christopher nolan can hear you guys. louder! as for next villian, i dont know what character it should be as i'm not into the comics like you all but i think this guy might make a great character in the series: Spoiler
I did. I don't see how this is any different than pumping your fist or shouting while watching a Rockets game at home.
1. the players can hear you 2. you're supposed to do that at a sporting event. 3. you stand and clap at a play/opera/musical
The Riddler would be great if the next one is done as a detective story. Catwoman could work, but I don't know how different they could make her from Michelle Pfeiffer's interpretation. Bane would be a good villain somewhere down the line when Batman is getting too old for this sh-t. What the Joker did to torture Batman psychologically, Bane could do physically. I don't think the Penguin would work, unless Nolan cast someone like Philip Seymour Hoffman. And as for people who say they can't top this one, I disagree. Batman Begins was terrific and The Dark Knight managed to match it(I don't feel it's a better film personally, just its equal). Why couldn't the same creative team pull off a great third entry?
Because they enjoyed the movie? Who gives a rats ass if the director or actors are not there? It shows that they liked the movie and appreciated it.

Definitely could do a film that introduces Selena and Catwoman, but she isn't the main character. Instead, Bruce is dating Selena, Batman is tracking a mysterious thief, and he has to deal with a worse enemy, such as Bane, Ras, etc.
