It's not unthinkable that the Warriors finish 3rd and the Lakers slide all the way to 6th. Imagine if the Rockets were in position to make that happen in the final game of the season by resting everyone(assuming they've already clinched 2nd), handing Denver the win, and helping the Nuggets finish ahead of LA.

GSW is a hard nut to crack, but they would have to fall to 7 and right now I am seeing them outside the Play In.

In truth, I want whatever the easiest match up is in every round.

For the story though, I want Clippers so we can beat Harden, then Warriors with Alpi dunking Curry into retirement and shimmying in his little grinning twat face, then the Thunder so nobody could say we had an easy path. Then Cavs so we can win and shut up everybody forever about Mobley. After that we can beat whoever you want for the next 3 years to cement the 4-peat with the three headed dragon of Alpi/Green/Amen going down as forever goats.

We need to beat the warriors tomorrow to make sure they don’t finish third.

I said Memphis because of the dysfunction of the current Grizzlies (Ja's distractions, the new coach, 3-7 in the last 10 games falling into the play-in).

Playoff Kawhi is a different beast all together, assuming he's healthy. He's been stellar for my Yahoo fantasy team so it seems he's ready.

Beating Harden in the playoffs would be cherry on top of this rebuild. Full circle of life moment

Grizzles though if I had to pick

Memphis, easily...because they are a bunch of role players that just play basketball. They suck.

    1. Grizzlies or Timberwolves. I like our chances
    2. Nuggets. Could go either way
    3. Clippers. Beating harden would b nice but it won't b easy, man has kawhi and solid players all around
    4. Gsw or Lakers. I want to avoid 5 v 8. Nba script always favor the old experience vets humbling the youngster team

It is astounding that the 3 to 8 spot is still up in the air. The 2 seed is also but we have to lose 4 in a row with the other team winning out

The playoffs are going to mature the young defenders a ton and we will get to see the fruits of that maturity all next year, specifically in Jabari. He's gonna turn into a man after this. I foresee it. He will be a candidate for DPOY next year.
