Wally has not been playing for Wolves and they are missing Olowakandi too. Thus the Wolves have had to start some pretty crummy players this year and are not deep. If the KG had his full supporting cast I agree his team performance would be dissappointing, but he hasn't. I think it is a two horse race already with KG and TD as long as one of their teams at least wins the Midwest/takes the #2 western seed. Now if Dallas or someone else wins the Midwest, you could seriously consider another player. But still, probably even then you have to go on stats, and then it is Garnett. The MVP goes to the most valuable player in the regular season. TD's better playoff performances than KG's has no bearing, they have playoff awards for that. In short, as long as Garnett's team finishes ahead of the Spurs I think he will get the MVP. If the Spurs take the Midwest, the fair voter has to go with TD. Now if the Spurs finish ahead of the Wolves but don't win the division you have a really tough call--do you weigh KG more dominant stats or TD's slightly better team performance.
