    Maybe I'm biased from these last few games, but to me it's got to be Lowry. I hope he retires a Rocket.

    I suppose it is possible for things to change over the last 10 games and, hopefully, the playoffs, but I'd definitely have to stick by my previous choice and say Kyle.

    In the poll from the link above, here's how it turned out:

    Martin - 136 votes
    Hayes - 126 votes
    Scola & Lowry - 79 votes

    Something tells me that's going to change a bit.

    Lowry.

    He didn't have a particularly good shooting night last game, but still found ways to contribute by dishing and playing nasty, in-your-face defense.

    My favorite player by a mile.

    Hayes, with Lowry a very close second.

    I had to go with Mr. Consistent: Kevmar. His scoring really keeps the Rockets in games.

    Lowry is the team MVP.

    Hayes is the team Captain.

    Lowry has the highest win % so it's clearly him. But I wouldn't say anyone is "clearly" an MVP. I think If you take away either Lowry Chuck or Kmart we would lose every game by a landslide.

    Hayes or Lowry ..... Without them this team doesnt win games. The others - Martin & Scola - will still put up numbers but not W's. I think I voted Hayes in the previous poll .... but at this point , its a toss up between the two.

    adelman. very few coaches would take a bunch of role players and make them what they are today.

    I'll choose the guy that scores ~1/4 of our points every game.

    Lowry played like **** for a good majority of the first half of the season, but he has come on as of late.

    My pick is Chuck Hayes, Scola/Martin in a virtual tie for 2nd.

    It's so hard to choose. I went with Hayes in the end.

    He embodies everything this team should be.

    Lowry = tenacity.
    Martin = offense machine.
    Scola = the hair. the HAIR.

    Hayes = grit, hustle, and champions "hard work > talent."

    I love this team.

    Excellent, Excellent logic. You are a basketball genius who cut through the bullcrap and goes straight to the point. Lowry and Hayes are winners. Scola and Martin are not.

    you guys really have short memoreis, without kmart and scola keeping us in most of the game early in the season, kyle and chuck's surgence late in the season would only be useless.......

    Adjusted Plus Minus

    Lowry + 11.70 (he's 10th in the whole league, just ahead of Bosh and Lebron)
    Scola - 0.53
    Hayes - 1.25
    Martin - 5.09

    Lowry is playing at a superstar level since the trade,time will tell if he can keep this up, but now that he can shoot he has no holes whatsoever
