If you're talking about the silkiest smooth jump shot I'd have to give it to Kevin Durant.

    Smooth as Silk

I truely enjoy watching his and Ray Allen's jump shooting in action.

Rudy Fernandez's J is also a thing of beauty.

If anything, you can say it is consistent. Horrifically consistent.

I always liked Tim Leglers shot.... sure you didn't see it often because he played like 20 seconds per game. But he lit it up in the 3 point shootout that one year.

No one mention Derek Fisher's rainbow shot, it's either all-net or miss for him.

    I'd have to say:

    3. Steve Nash

    2. Kobe Bryant

    1. Ray Allen

lebron has a nice looking shot with great lift. Peja also has that rip cord type of jimmy.Rashard always seem to be square on his shot. I actually like Garnett's shot also.

T-mac's shot is far too flat. Chris Paul has developed a nice little mid range game, his shot from that area is really nice, perfect arch.

Ben Gordon..Don't even get me started when I was watching the Chicago vs Boston series I was excited every time Gordon was about to shoot it was just perfection.

I don't know if former NBA players apply or not but I always thought Jeff Hornacek of the Jazz had a beautiful shot. Yao I think has the best for a center.
