Not all of them -- but I figured out their straight/gay identification system: With the American players, The vast majority of the young straight players (Natalie Gulbis, Kelli Kuehne, Heather Lunke) wear ribbons in their hair. The likely lesbian players wouldn't be caught dead with ribbons. With the European players (the Sorenstam sisters, Paula Marti, Carin Koch, Patricia Meunier-Lebouc) all bets are off -- they're all far too stylish to wear dorky ribbons. But I do think the vast majority of the Euros are straight anyway (many, including Annika, are married).
i have a gay family member and ive been told the following are gay or bisexual. But i consider that to be gay anyway. so here ya go Frank Billingsly - whoever said him was dead on... something about him not being allowed to go within 500 ft of a gay club. Dan Marino Troy Aikman - i believe this but not sure about Dan
no way...are you serious? i thought he was dating carmen electra. and isnt he back with janes addiction now?
I'm truly impressed we've gone this long without someone saying Dave Matthews. Used to be, anytime I'd mention him, the response would inevitably be, "Isn't he gay?", like that mattered at all. Maybe that fact that he's married with twins now shut people up.
I just never thought he would be. It is not like I am going to go out and sell all my REM CDs because of it.
rm95 -- i have a friend from law school who went to vanderbilt and said dave used to hit on the guys at the frat parties he played. i can neither confirm or deny the veracity of those reports. my friend from high school who saw dave at frat parties at Washington & Lee said he never saw anything like that from Dave...that he always got the impression that he was VERY interested in girls at the parties he played at. the friend from W&L was the one who introduced me to Dave...called me one Saturday morning to say he heard this band playing last night at a frat party that he knew I would love. i was hooked pretty quickly after that.
It wouldn't suprise or bother me at all to learn he was bi-sexual. I love how a lot of people I've talked to say they think he's gay because of "So Much to Say": "I say my hell is the closet I'm stuck inside, can't see the light." See, he's gay, I mean, he said he's stuck in a closet!!!!!
Well, that's a relief. It's just weird that it would disappoint you, whether you expected it or not. Were you hoping he'd marry your sister?
I know almost as factually as you can know that he digs women to some extent. A woman I know here was a pseudo-groupie of his for a while. Good god but I should not post crap like that, but it's true. She is not prone to brag and she would kick my butt for posting that. They don't see each other any more, as far as I know.
Nah, mainly because she has been married for 10 years now. However, she was a big fan of REM until they became popular. I would feel the same way if someone told me John Elway was gay. It would just take me by surprise as I would have never suspected him to be gay. You have to remember Batman, that this issue is one that I have struggled with in understanding. I don't know if I will ever fully understand it, but I am trying.
