I blame the Rockets for being dumb enough to draft Royce White. I liked Zeller or Perry Jones better only based on talent. I hate comcast for doing this to us. I don't care about the additional coverage, just give us the games.
why do you hate Royce? He is not preventing you from watching the game at home And even if he was on the team, he would going to the d-league ala T.Jones and D-Mo, cos McHale feels Rookies need to pay their dues. The whole comcast debacle is preventing fans from watching the game at home. I have comcast so i watch the games at home, but i have tons of friends who are diehard fans who are angry they cant even watch the game on nbatv because its blacked out. Its like the Rockets are trying to force fans to come to the games and pay for tickets. But the way FO and coaching has been damaging our team, some fans would rather go to a bar/friends house or switch to another. Their loss
Comcast, I got satellite as a bundle with my internet so I could watch Rockets games, now I get to enjoy all the other games but not the ones I want to really watch. AWESOME
Unfortunately, I don't think they were playing! I also feel that RW will become an all-star before the Rockets are on DTV, DISH or AT&T.
i call bs, the rockets game will be back on local network by next year at the latest. The backlash will be too much. Royce on the other hand, who knows when he will #bewell enough to play. Plus don't forget next all star will not be in Houston, so he will have to fly to it
Wow, either a bunch of you all have switched over to Comcast or are just haters. I am prone to believe the later. Royce White is a non factor with the organization and probably would have been such even if he was playing a la Terrance Jones and Motiejunas since he was more RAW then both of them. Comcast blocks a large percentage of the Rockets audience from enjoying games at home outside of a few that get broadcast on ESPN.
Royce White is annoying but hasn't affected my enjoyment of the Rockets. I literally can not get CSN where I live, yet I'm close enough to Houston that they still black out all the league pass games. It's incredibly annoying and I'm really pissed at the Rockets for ever signing on for that deal (and even more pissed at the Astros for blocking the DirecTV deal)
Being able to watch Rockets games vs. being able to watch Royce rock the d-league. Comcast, not even close.
