if only hand 3 opinions, I would pick the #3.

Carter, most of us wouldnt like him in the rox for sure. Not doubt his ability,
but his contract & it is a posibility that carter will be the next tmac.
Davis, I think Rafer fits much better in the rox.and rafer is much much cheaper
    thats what it is.

Baron Davis, and it would be great if we can get Captain Jack in the offseason.

    Davis
    Artest
    Jackson
    Scola
    Yao

    talk about a tough team

I just want Tmac go for the damn Surgery. Completely without him, the rockets is a better team.

Wow, 78 people want Baron Davis...

Compared to the 25 that want Vince.

I sure as hell don't think the Rockets are going to get Vince. Unless the Nets go into deperation mode and are willing to trade VC for Tracy's contract, then we aren't going to get him.

With that said, I still want Vince over Baron.

Baron is a run-and-gun type of PG. He excelled in Golden State because that system was damn near perfect for him. He could run up and down the court all he wanted and could jack up all the threes he wanted without having to worry about people telling him to stop... even though he was absolutely horrendous at it.

He HATES half-court offenses. Since day one, when he signed with the Clippers, people questioned whether or not he could run a half-court offense... he answered those questions with a resounding NO. He still wants to throw up three pointers all day long.

He would be a horrible fit here.

Vince on the other hand, while similar to Tracy, would give us athleticism. He would give us a consistent offensive star, and if things turn to crap (for instance, Yao goes down again, heaven forbid) we know we can rely on a guy like that.

Ron Artest? I don't know if the entire offense can go through him. He's way too inconsistent.

    I chose Vince.
Option 3 came in a close second for me.
    Option 2 is a no-brainer DECLINE.

We need a back-up PF, especially now that Landry is injured and may re-injure the ankle down the road or play a little hobbled. Hayes as third PF is still very scary, especially in the playoffs.
